Frederick is an Engineering and Management graduate with more than 2 decades of experience in Financial management and Capital Management professional. Specialised professional in Capital budgeting and business feasibility studies

He is also specialised to represent ship owners and shipping companies to financial institutions and Investors

Malay Sengupta

Head - Technical
Malay Sengupta been sailing as Chief Engineer for nearly a decade and has been closely working with Classification Societies for many years. He was a senior IRS surveyor and lead auditor for ISM ISPS, MLC Vetting etc.

He has been working with various shipping companies as DPA and been a technical manager also. He was surveying vessels for pre purchase inspection, technical issues and coordinate with class and flag.

Capt Silvin Surendar

Head - Shipping
Capt. Silvin is a dynamic mariner with experience of over 20 years at sea on Crude/Chemical/ Product tankers, Bulk/Container carriers and OSV. This extensive experience includes more than 9 years in command, where he was a Master on VLCC and product tankers.

Having spent an extraordinary career at sea, Capt. Silvin is passionate about regulatory compliance, risk assessments, safe operations and safety awareness in the maritime industry.

Adding to Capt. Silvin’s credentials, he has successfully completed Internal Auditor courses, certified by DNV.

Sangeeth TV

Head - Operations
Sangeeth is a Shipbroker, Commodity Trader and a Mentor/ Trainer. Has an MBA from Roehampton University, U.K, been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, U.K and a Member of The Nautical Institute, U.K

He has close to three decades of experience in international shipping. Through this period, he had the opportunity to look at ship operation from various perspectives, as a sailor onboard, a ship charterer, ship owner, technical/ commercial manager and a shipbroker

Has an excelent network of contacts in various segments of the shipping industry. Has an uncanny ability to establish connections with people from different backgrounds

Benison Paul

Head - Marketing
Benison Paul is a Shipping and Business Management Consultant. Has over two decades of experience in international shipping. Held senior management positions in ship owning and trading companies. As a consultant, has helped companies across industries to right size their business, expand their operations and to take their business globally.

He has good, established connections with ship yards in the Far East region, with international ship brokers (SNP), ship registries, classification societies and in the ship insurance industry. He does pre purchase inspections and advices on the class and flag conversion as per the requirement of the owners for ease of operation
